This is a fun day of small group dance instruction by the award winning Creekview Chevals.  Your daughter will learn several routines, technical dance movement, play games, and have lots of fun!  A dance clinic t-shirt and drink refreshment will be provided.  There will be a performance for parents at 12:30 pm.

Also available are photo buttons (in Chevals’ overlay and hat) to commemorate your daughter’s day with the Chevals, for only $5.00 each.

Please complete the attached registration form and mail it along with payment.  Registration forms must be received NO LATER THAN Wednesday, September 26, 2007, to guarantee a t-shirt in the requested size.

Y    Clinic will be held in the Creekview High School Gymnasium – 3201 Old Denton Road, Carrollton TX.
Y    Attire is exercise wear, tennis shoes or dance shoes, and long hair should be in a ponytail.
Y    Bring a sack lunch with a drink (lemonade will be provided at break time).

Proceeds from the sale will be used to help fund competition fees, costumes and Spring Show expenses for the team.
